You will perform automotive prepping, painting, light bodywork, micro refinishing, and wheel refinishing using Axalta products. The successful candidate will thrive in a teamwork-oriented atmosphere while training apprentices to build necessary skills in the trade.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare vehicles for painting and refinishing tasks • Apply paint and primer using Axalta formulations • Conduct light bodywork and micro refinishing processes • Collaborate with the Refinish Prep Technician and apprentices • Diagnose and address refinishing challenges independently
Requirements: • Red Seal Certification preferred • Solid problem-solving capabilities • High attention to detail and time management skills • Commitment to continuous learning and teamwork • Experience in automotive refinishing techniques
