Lead creative fundraising at the Canadian Wildlife Federation as the Manager of Fundraising Programs in a hybrid setup from Ottawa, ON. This role combines strategy with passion for conservation.
In this position, you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, managing the direct mail and telemarketing fundraising programs to support CWF’s conservation goals. Your responsibilities will include developing effective fundraising strategies, managing budgets, and leading a dedicated team to enhance program performance. You will seek out recent revenue streams and collaborate with key stakeholders for successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee direct mail and telemarketing fundraising efforts
• Establish budgets and KPIs for fundraising activities

Requirements:
