In this role, you'll identify potential roadblocks for clients and provide cutting-edge solutions using PagerDuty’s platform. You'll support the sales cycle and foster significant relationships with stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer success throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify roadblocks and propose technical solutions • Conduct technical discovery processes for client settings • Design seamless integrations with existing technology stacks • Handle technical inquiries in sales cycles and RFPs • Clearly communicate PagerDuty's business value to clients
Requirements: • 5+ years of pre-sales experience • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field • Basic scripting skills (Java, PHP, etc.) • Robust communication and client relationship skills • Knowledge of IT monitoring tools
