Supervise and support kitchen staff during daily operations.



Ensure food is prepared and presented according to company standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen setting. Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Train, coach, and schedule kitchen employees. Work closely with management to maintain efficient kitchen operations. About you:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a commercial kitchen. Solid leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The employee must obtain and maintain a valid Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) as condition of employment.
