Reporting directly to the Vision Centre Manager, you'll be a key contributor to Walmart’s optical team. This role combines business development with building team-oriented relationships within the community. Your primary focus will be guiding customers in selecting the best eyewear options for their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive optical sales and execute promotional programs • Foster relationships with Optometrists and healthcare providers • Advise customers on frame and lens choices • Proactively identify and meet customer needs • Ensure top-quality standards for all eyewear products
Requirements: • Must be at least 16 years old • Optician License for glasses and contact lenses required • In positive standing with the relevant College of Opticians • Robust attention to detail and commitment to service • Experience in retail or customer service preferred
