As a Catering Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing frontline employees at PrimeFlight in Toronto. Ensure operations adhere to company and regulatory standards while fulfilling clients’ expectations daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily catering staff activities and performance • Provide real-time support and problem resolution during shifts • Promote a safety-first culture and adherence to policies • Monitor compliance with airline SOPs and SLAs • Assist with onboarding current employees and training
