We are currently seeking a motivated Lely Farm Management Support (FMS) Advisor to support dairy farmers using robotic milking technology. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to work directly with dairy producers, analyze farm performance data, and help improve herd health, milk production, and robot efficiency.Position OverviewThe Lely Farm Management Support (FMS) Advisor provides on-farm consulting and technical support to dairy producers operating robotic milking systems and automated feeding systems.In This Position You Will:Support farms transitioning to robotic milkingMonitor herd performance and robot dataProvide coaching and performance improvement recommendationsAssist with Lely software and system optimizationBuild long-term working relationships with customersThis is a field-based advisory role that combines dairy herd management, agricultural technology, data analysis, and customer support. Travel throughout Southwestern Ontario is required.Key Responsibilities:Guide dairy farmers through the transition to automatic milking and feeding systemsAnalyze milk production data, reproduction metrics, robot utilization, and herd performanceProvide practical recommendations to improve cow health, milk quality, labour efficiency, and system performanceTrain farmers on Lely software platformsProvide basic IT support including workstation setup, configuration,



and troubleshootingConduct regular on-farm visits and follow-upsCollaborate with veterinarians, nutritionists, and industry partnersSupport internal sales and service teams during new installationsMaintain accurate documentation and performance reportingQualifications:Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Dairy Science, Agri-Business, or a related field preferredRelevant dairy or agricultural experience will also be consideredKnowledge of dairy herd management (feeding, reproduction, milk quality, cow health)Interest in agricultural technology and roboticsComfortable working with farm data and performance metricsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProficient in Excel, Outlook, and internet-based software toolsSelf-motivated and organizedRequirements:Willingness to travel throughout Southwestern OntarioFlexibility to work early mornings and occasional evenings or weekends, as required, to support scheduled customer appointments, company events, or robotic system commissioning.Competitive salary based on experienceExtended health and dental benefitsRRSP matching up to 5%Company vehicle or mileage supportCompany phone and laptopSafety boot and clothing allowanceAnnual Salary: $55,000 – $65,000/yr.
