Excellent Lakes Management is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant for PRN on-call hours. Key Responsibilities:



• Assist residents with daily living activities as per service agreement • Support physical and emotional well-being for each resident • Administer treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse • Observe and report physical and emotional changes to case manager • Maintain daily documentation and service schedules

Requirements: • Six months of experience in long-term care or assisted living • Registered as a Nursing Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant • Ability to make informed decisions for resident welfare • Strong communication skills for resident interaction • Compassionate and responsible approach to care
