Key Responsibilities: • Manage HR records and employee relations activities • Conduct interviews, terminations,



and return-to-work planning • Handle WSIB claims and safety training documentation • Facilitate Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings • Support incident investigations and reporting processes

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years in HR and Health & Safety roles • Business Administration degree or diploma preferred • Certifications in Joint Health and Safety (Parts 1 and 2) • Strong knowledge of WSIB and safety regulations • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
