In this key role with Taymax Group, you will ensure all maintenance tasks are performed efficiently, keeping facilities protected and functional. Your responsibilities will include overseeing fitness equipment repairs, managing work orders, and communicating closely with stakeholders. You will also inspect contractor work and comply with health and safety standards in office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance on fitness equipment and electrical systems • Manage daily maintenance work orders and prioritize repairs • Order necessary parts for timely equipment maintenance • Maintain lighting and cleanliness in all club areas • Communicate effectively with team members and outside contractors
Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent experience • Trade school training in related fields preferred • Valid driver’s license and secure driving record • Ability to lift over 75 lbs regularly • Willingness to comply with health and safety practices
