This position emphasizes delivering effective community outreach and crisis support in a protected environment. You'll also oversee facility checks and maintain essential community links, ensuring each individual receives the dignity and respect they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assessment, advocacy, and educational support to users
• Participate in facility checks and safety inspections
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive user information




• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to deliver services
• Uphold health and safety compliance standards
Requirements:
• Education in Social Services or a related field
• A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar environment
• Knowledge of social issues like homelessness and substance use
• Excellent time management and conflict resolution abilities
• Valid G license preferred and CPR certification required
