We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Benefits Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience, strong functional and technical knowledge, and experience working with Fast Formula (FF). Canadian Benefits experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM Perks implementations and enhancements.
Configure and support Oracle Benefits modules based on business requirements.
Work closely with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into Oracle HCM solutions.
Develop, configure, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas related to Benefits.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Support integrations and technical components related to Benefits.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT.
Troubleshoot Benefits configuration and production issues.
Prepare functional and technical documentation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM.
Robust hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Benefits.
2–3 successful Oracle Benefits implementations.
Strong Quick Formula experience.
Good understanding of Oracle HCM Benefits configuration and business processes.
Strong techno-functional skills with the ability to work across functional and technical areas.
Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Preferred Qualifications
Canadian Benefits implementation experience is strongly preferred.
Experience working with Canadian payroll/HR business processes is an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project workplace.
