Our Client Service Coordinators straddle two demanding worlds simultaneously. They perform a continuous, high-stakes balancing act to keep our operations fluid:
Calm and reassuring assistance: Delivering patient, articulate, and highly personalized assistance to a client who needs a problem solved right now.
Problem-solving behind the scenes: Navigating multiple software systems, analyzing insurance offerings, scheduling clinicians, updating client files, and collaborating client care across various departments.

Every positive client outcome is the direct result of this rapid-paced, highly skilled administrative choreography.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
Completion of high school
Exceptionalcustomer service skills
Medical office education or experience is welcomed
Well organized and tech savvy (able to confidently use MS Office)
