Reporting to the Supervisors and Operations Managers, this role will be responsible for the nightly operations within the building.

Duties & Responsibilities

Daily Duties
Review work orders assigned daily and communicate with other associates involved as needed
Start of shift walk through and end of shift inspections




Inspect materials and equipment required for the scheduled jobs is in positive working order, report/repair/replace as required
Follow all instructions provided by your superior

Client Site Duties
Complete jobs to specifications and to customer’s satisfaction
Manage work assignments within time allocated, and ensure the materials and equipment taken are recorded on the work orders
Inspect the work completed to ensure the job meets ServiceMaster standards and customer requirements}
