As a Finance Analyst, you will partner with the Director of Finance & Health Information to analyze and report on critical financial metrics. Your proactive approach will help management understand the financial implications of their decisions while ensuring departmental budgets are well-crafted and aligned with our mission. Your analytical skills will identify areas for process improvements and effective controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee month-end and year-end financial reporting
• Develop and maintain departmental budgets
• Conduct necessary audits and compliance checks




• Engage with management on financial impacts and guidance
• Perform benchmarking analyses to validate financial performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance necessary
• Minimum three years in a related financial role
• High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and support operations
