Maarut is seeking a capable project manager to coordinate office construction and renovation mandates for our credit union network in Quebec. You will read architectural and planning plans, supervise contractors, and ensure schedules, budgets and quality meet expectations.
The role requires robust knowledge of building mechanics, cross-trade coordination, and contract management (CCDC-2, CCDC-5). You will act as a resource for clients and colleagues and identify issues early.
