Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate travel for crisis team development training • Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for First Nations • Plan training logistics including supplies and facilities • Prepare travel claims and budget requests for approval • Provide emotional support to participants during training
Requirements: • 3-5 years’ experience in crisis response or logistics • First-hand experience delivering services in First Nations • Knowledge of traditional and up-to-date training techniques • Completion of ASIST and NVCI trainings preferred • Ability to work with vulnerable populations
