Senior .NET Developer to assist with the development of a national and international database system in the public sector

Our public sector client requires a Reliability clearedSenior Developer to assist with the development of a national and international system which is built in .NET. The system isa centralized database and investigative tool used by police across Canada to track, analyze, and connect crimes.

Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze data for the conduct of studies to establish the technical and economic feasibility of proposed computer systems, and for the development of functional and system design specifications
Develop, test and implement small computer systems, and sub-systems of larger systems
Design methods and procedures for small computer systems, and sub-system of larger systems
Produce forms, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures for systems and/or applications

Must have:
Reliability clearance
10+ years as an Application/Software Architect
