Key Responsibilities:



• Negotiate and draft associate agreements using Ironclad • Manage associate agreements to protect company interests • Draft termination letters for associate dentists • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal matters • Handle additional tasks as assigned related to agreements

Requirements: • Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario • Minimum 3 years’ experience in law firm or in-house legal • Solid detail orientation and problem-solving abilities • Experience in regulated industries preferred • Bilingualism in French and English considered an asset
