Review and analyze Discrepant Material Reports (DMRs)
Participate in MRB activities and provide technical evaluations




Prepare DMRs for customer submission as needed
Guide production teams on disposition instructions
Develop and maintain in-house training for certification programsRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Quality
Strong understanding of aerospace engineering principles
Experience with non-conformance review processes
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
