• Assist Site Supervisors and support construction stage tasks • Perform site prep and utility exposure tasks • Help with installations during the framing stage • Support drywall inspections and minor repairs • Prepare homes for pre-occupancy and final inspections

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years in residential construction or related trade • Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
