Job Overview We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our team, with chance for qualified growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence in a professional and timely manner

Maintain and update client records with accuracy

Submit client claims and review member-submitted claims for adjudication

Enroll, terminate, and update member records on various insurance carrier systems

Provide administrative and service support to clients

Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, bulletins, and reports accurately and within required timelines

Prospect for new opportunities when time permits

Assist with marketing initiatives, including newsletter development and distribution

Support other administrative functions as required

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of administrative experience

Group Insurance Industry experience an asset

Ability to work in a hybrid work workplace





Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels

Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working in an Office 365 environment

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Ability to multitask effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision

Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills

Proactive, takes initiative, and anticipates business needs
