Reporting to the Director of CRM, North America, this role involves daily communication and relationship management for assigned customer accounts. You will partner with Operations teams to ensure clarity in customer requirements while proactively identifying prospects for business growth. Building robust relationships with key contacts is essential in understanding client needs and enhancing service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage day-to-day communication for assigned accounts • Partner with Operations teams for customer requirements • Identify current business prospects through outreach • Prepare pricing requests and customer quotations • Conduct customer follow-ups and account reviews

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years in sales or customer service • Knowledge of ocean and air freight preferred • Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics is an asset • Consultative sales approach with strong communication skills • Ability to travel when required
