Langenburg Motors is seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Service Manager to lead our Service Department. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and support Service Advisors and Technicians
Manage daily workflow, scheduling, and shop productivity
Ensure excellent customer service from initial contact to vehicle pickup
Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
Monitor department performance and implement improvements
Maintain accurate records and reports
Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment
Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to motivate and develop staff
Experience
Previous management or supervisory experience required
Automotive or dealership experience preferred
Mechanical knowledge considered an asset
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional training or certification in automotive service management is an asset

Valid drivers license
