We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Building Operator Millwright with a strong foundation in Electrical and Mechanical to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid trade certificate and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPreventive Maintenance and Repair of HVAC SystemsRead and interpret drawingsPractice protected work habits by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial equipment, ensuring compliance to all applicable safety regulationsAble to work independently with limited supervision, perform all work in compliance with company safety and housekeeping standardsAble to write maintenance and job-specific technical reportsMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of maintenance records and incident reportsConduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of HVAC equipment including but not limited to fan coil units, fan power boxes, and forced air heatsInstallation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipmentMaintenance of building automation systems including knowledge of Johnson Controls MetaSys Building workplace platformCommunication and DocumentationCollaborate with coworkers to address maintenance issues collectivelyMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations and maintenance recordsBest Practices and KnowledgeAdhere to strict security protocols and confidentiality requirementsTake on new initiatives and challenges with a positive attitude; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge & SkillsProven experience as a Millwright with extensive knowledge in mechanical attributesIn-depth knowledge of building automation systems,
