In this full time role, you will evaluate non-conforming products and provide vital technical support to production and inspection teams. Your proficiency with aerospace engineering principles and non-conformance reviews will be pivotal for ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout operations. As part of our lineage with De Havilland, you'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a thriving aerospace manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze Discrepant Material Reports (DMRs)
• Participate in MRB activities and provide technical evaluations




• Prepare DMRs for customer submission as needed
• Guide production teams on disposition instructions
• Develop and maintain in-house training for certification programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Quality
• Solid understanding of aerospace engineering principles
• Experience with non-conformance review processes
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
