REQUIREMENTS: Secondary (High School) graduation certificate or equivalent; 1 year to less than 2 years' experience; good communication skills in English.

HOURS: This position has a versatile schedule but successful applicant must be available to mix a blend of days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

DUTIES:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food
Prepare dishes for Guests with food allergies or intolerances
Inspect kitchen and food service areas
Train staff in preparation, cooking and safe food handling
Order supplies and equipment
Supervise kitchen helpers and student cooks
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work area

CREDENTIALS:
Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Protected Food Handling Certificate / Food Safety Certificate
Must be able to work in Canada legally
