As a Vehicle Capture Specialist, you will coordinate and improve our inventory capture operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, and attentive to detail. You will perform detailed vehicle inspections and collaborate closely with departments to ensure efficient vehicle movement and accurate listings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capture and upload accurate vehicle data to internal systems • Maintain updated vehicle information in the database • Conduct thorough inspections for high-quality listings • Collaborate with the wholesale team to streamline logistics • Train and support junior staff and shuttle drivers
Requirements: • Solid attention to detail for accurate data entry • Exceptional organization and time management skills • Clean Class 5 driver's license and driving record • Open to working weekends in an in office role • Basic automotive experience is a plus
