You'll conduct incident analyses, assist in audits, and actively participate in toolbox meetings to reinforce safety policies. Your mentorship in HSE training will be vital for employee development.Key Responsibilities:
Investigate incidents and near misses
Assist with internal audit processes
Conduct HSE training and mentorship
Maintain documentation and site records
Promote secure work practices consistentlyRequirements:
NCSO mandatory, CRSP is an asset
Five years of relevant construction/mining experience
Solid presentation and communication skills
Valid Class 5 license and clean Driver's Abstract
