This pivotal role, reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer, requires a strategic mindset to support accreditation readiness and maintain regulatory compliance. Candidates will have the opportunity to embed quality practices and contribute to overall operations in a critical healthcare workplace.

Key Responsibilities:



• Integrate TFP's Quality Management System across clinics • Lead internal audits for clinic compliance assessments • Manage non-conformance and CAPA reporting effectively • Prepare clinics for inspections under Health Canada guidelines • Deliver QA training and assist with incident investigations

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in life sciences or related discipline • Minimum 5 years in quality assurance in regulated settings • Experience with quality management systems • Knowledge of Health Canada regulations preferred • Solid audit skills for compliance assessments
