The Program Coordinator is responsible for the effective day-to-day delivery of PBLA’s Court-Based Programs in Calgary: Civil Claims Duty Counsel (CCDC), the King’s Bench Court Assistance Program (KB-CAP), and the ACJ Trial Project. Working in office at the Calgary Courts Centre, the Program Coordinator ensures programs operate smoothly by coordinating volunteer lawyers and support volunteers, assisting clients, and reporting program activities.
This is a dynamic, people-focused role where you would be the central point of contact for volunteers and prospective clients, ensuring each program is delivered efficiently, professionally, and with a strong commitment to access to justice. The Program Coordinator oversees program logistics, supports volunteer engagement, maintains accurate records, and helps ensure clients receive timely legal assistance in a welcoming and organized setting.
