B'saanibamaadsiwin Indigenous Mental Health and Addictions is seeking a Crisis Team Case Manager. This position offers trauma-informed support to individuals in distress throughout the Parry Sound area, in partnership with the Ontario Provincial Police.

As a vital member of the Mobile Crisis Response Team, you will engage with First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities. Your responsibilities will include crisis assessment, safety planning, and implementing culturally respectful interventions. Focus on creating a healthier community through collaboration and understanding.

Key Responsibilities:



• Attend crisis calls with the OPP for assessments • Implement safety planning and brief interventions • Network with hospitals and social services for community support • Engage in after-hours crisis response efforts • Keep detailed and timely professional records

Requirements: • Relevant degree or diploma in a mental health field • Proven crisis intervention experience • Deep understanding of Indigenous cultural contexts • Confidence collaborating within multidisciplinary teams • Willingness to accommodate adaptable working hours
