The ideal candidate will work with stakeholders to define future-state processes, system enhancements, and business outcomes Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements for Procurement and Operations processes using Ivalua Analyze Source-to-Pay, Vendor Management, Contract Management, and Procurement workflows Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define future-state processes Identify process improvements and recommend system enhancements Create user stories, process maps, functional specifications,



and UAT scenarios Support system configuration validation and testing activities Coordinate UAT, training, and production rollout activities Collaborate with architects, developers, operations, and business teams Ensure solutions align with business requirements and operational objectives Required Skills Strong Business Analysis experience in Procurement and Operations Hands-on Ivalua experience Solid Source-to-Pay process knowledge Experience with Vendor and Contract Management Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills Experience creating user stories, process maps, and functional specifications Strong UAT and testing experience Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
