Job Summary: A&W; Grand Falls-Windsor is seeking a strong leader who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable restaurant General Manager to join the A&W; team! Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach and motivate the team Provide excellent customer service Oversee daily restaurant operations Schedule and support employees Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness and food safety Manage inventory, ordering and waste management.

Help control labour and operating costs with various innovative initiatives.

Handle customer concerns professionally.

Ensure A&W; standards and procedures are followed Work alongside the team during busy periods or when required Ensure proper cash flow and controls.
