Our Vancouver based client is seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Work Management Consultant to join their project in November 2026 and will run for 9 months with possibility of an extension.

The ideal candidate should have extensive SAP IS-U Work Management experience and project implementation expertise.

This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of in office scheduled days to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities: Support Blueprint Workshops Represent business interests in blueprint sessions, gather requirements, and validate proposed solutions against utility industry best practices.

Design & Configure Work Management Solutions Configure SAP IS-U Work Management and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, including service orders, work orders, scheduling, and resource planning.

Manage End-to-End Work Order Lifecycles Oversee the full cycle of work orders from creation and planning to execution, confirmation, and settlement, for both internal and external utility work.





Handle Move-In/Move-Out & Metering Orders Execute service orders for customer moves, meter installations, removals, and replacements to ensure accurate and timely order completion.

Create Functional Specifications Prepare Functional Design Documents and interface specifications for custom developments, and coordinate with technical teams on enhancements.

Manage System Integrations Configure and maintain interfaces between SAP and external systems (using ALE/IDocs) and ensure integration with Device Management, CRM, and FICA modules.

Support Testing, Training & Go-Live Plan user training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), provide L2/L3 post-implementation support, and assist with cutover activities during go-live.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
