A well established HVAC parts distributor in Mississauga has an opening for a Bookkeeper Office Manager.
Sage 50/Simply Accounting experience (3 years+) is a must have to be successful in this role.

Adaptable schedule (8.5 hours) between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm
Brief outline of responsibilities:
You will be supporting the business and office for all accounting and admin requirements.
Full cycle A/R and A/P using Sage 50/Simply Accounting
Bank reconciliations, maintain general ledger, generating and reviewing reports
Managing collections
Handles expenses and billing cycles
Payroll processing for staff of 6
Manages staff expense requests
Office management including office supplies,
attending meetings, maintaining employee records
Manages correspondence of mail and emails
Ensure data entry is accurate and timely
What you bring:
5+ years' of experience in a full cycle accounting/bookkeeping position
3+ years' experience with Sage 50/Simply Accounting Experience working within a contractor/distribution/supply company an asset
Experience with A/R including collection calls & follow ups
Ability to work independently
