Adecco is currently hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators for full-time temporary opportunities in Balzac, AB.

This role is ideal for skilled forklift operators with hands-on experience operating Crown or Raymond reach trucks in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for safely moving, storing, picking, and organizing products throughout the warehouse while supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse operations.

Responsibilities Safely operate Crown or Raymond reach trucks to pick, place, and retrieve pallets at various racking heights.

Transport, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.

Perform accurate put-away, replenishment, and product rotation.

Use RF scanners or pick lists to locate, scan, and process orders.

Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments accurately and efficiently.

Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.

Load and unload trailers while ensuring products are handled and secured appropriately.

Complete daily pre-trip inspections of forklift equipment.

Follow all warehouse safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and PPE requirements.

Operate equipment safely around pedestrians, racking systems, and other warehouse traffic.

Promptly report equipment issues, damage, and potential safety hazards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse workplace.

Support shipping, receiving, and other general warehouse functions as required.





Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and operational targets.

Requirements Must be eligible to work and reside in Canada.

Valid reach truck forklift certification.

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience operating reach trucks and/or order picker forklifts.

Hands-on experience operating Crown or Raymond reach trucks.

Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong spatial awareness and commitment to safe equipment operation.

Reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Ability to meet productivity targets and KPIs in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Strong safety-first mindset.
