Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Consultant to support international clients entering the Canadian market. This role involves conducting business analysis, market research, and operational assessments, and providing strategic advisory services to support compliant and effective business establishment and growth in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with international clients seeking to establish and expand operations in Canada, including clients from China
Analyze organizational structures, business operations, and market opportunities to provide strategic advice on market entry and business growth
Conduct research and feasibility studies on industries, market conditions, and competitors to support informed decision-making
Develop and implement market entry and business development strategies tailored to client objectives and applicable regulatory requirements
Assess business processes and recommend improvements to organizational efficiency, operational methods, and management practices
Identify technological, commercial, and operational challenges and propose practical solutions
Provide guidance on applicable regulatory requirements and support compliance with Canadian laws, policies, and standards
Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations on business performance, market positioning, and operational effectiveness




Plan and support the reorganization of business operations to improve efficiency and align with Canadian practices
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement consulting recommendations and ensure effective project delivery

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
Experience in business consulting, management consulting, market entry, or a related field
Robust understanding of cross-border business operations and international market entry
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
