Senior Estimator – Ground-Up ICI Projects
Salary: $130,000–$160,000 + RRSP + Bonus

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Estimato r to lead estimates for major ground-up ICI construction project s. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented estimating professional who understands complex builds, can manage tender deadlines, and has the technical knowledge to produce accurate, competitive bids

The ideal candidate has robust experience estimating institutional, commercial, or industrial projects and can confidently work with drawings, specifications, trades, suppliers, and internal project team

Key Responsibilitis
es:Prepare full-cycle estimates for ground-up ICI proje
ctsReview drawings, specifications, addenda, and tender docume
ntsComplete quantity takeoffs, pricing, trade coverage, and bid analy
sisWork closely with subcontractors, suppliers, project managers, and leaders




hipIdentify risks, opportunities, scope gaps, and value-engineering opti
onsSupport tender submissions, budgets, and preconstruction plann
