Candidates should be mechanically inclined, dependable, quick to learn, and comfortable following verbal and written instructions.
Strong communication skills, spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail are important for this role.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, perform repetitive movements, and complete basic mathematical calculations.
Basic computer skills are also required, along with the ability to safely operate equipment after receiving proper training.
