In this hybrid role, you'll manage priorities and schedules for the President & CEO and Vice President, ensuring that governance processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate Executive Office meetings and prepare agendas • Manage logistics for Board meetings and documentation • Assist with communications and email management • Track and ensure follow-up on action items • Support cross-functional projects aligned with priorities
Requirements: • 3-5 years' experience in an administrative support capacity • Knowledge of nonprofit governance principles • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities • High attention to detail and organizational skills • Degree in a related field is a plus
