Our client, an established and growing distribution company in Oakville, has an immediate opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join their team! This role supports the sales team by serving as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the customer order fulfillment process, from order placement through to final delivery.

Candidates must have exceptional B2B customer service skills and strong attention to detail.

product and pricing information is updated and accurate Effectively communicate with customers to address any questionsrelatedto their orders Work collaboratively with variousdepartments to resolve issues related to customer accounts or order status Qualifications: The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3years of B2B customer service, sales support or logistics coordinationexperience Hands-on experience with import/export customs documentation is required Candidates must display strong attention to detail and the proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively Exceptional communication, interpersonaland organizational skills are required for this position Proven ability to effectively resolve customer issues in a professional manner Experience with MS Office suite of products is required This is an in-office position working as part of a collaborative team This posting is for an open vacancy currently available within our client''s organization.
