Your role: The Senior OMNI Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and leading Yoplait Libert Canadas omnimarketing strategy to drive consumer conversion and business growth across physical, digital, retailerowned, and thirdparty touchpoints.

By working closely with brand marketing, commercial strategy, sales, and key retail partners, the Senior OMNI Marketing Manager identifies growth opportunities, builds omnimarketing capabilities and ways of working, and ensures that consumerfacing investments work together to support brand objectives,



customer priorities, and business performance.

What you will accomplish daily: Define and lead the companys omnimarketing strategy Mobilize, develop, and inspire a highperforming team Set strategic direction, investment priorities, and performance indicators for retail media, retailerowned digital ecosystems, ecommerce activation, retailer consumer platforms, and instore activation Develop integrated activations and strategic partnerships Identify growth opportunities throughout the consumer journey Turn consumer data and insights into growth levers Define omnimarketing KPIs and performance metrics Create planning processes that align brand marketing, customer marketing, ecommerce, and sales teams Assess the effectiveness of omnimarketing investments across consumer touchpoints Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and development while empowering team members to contribute to strategy development, execution, and results within the broader omnimarketing framework What you need to join our team: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, shopper marketing, customer marketing, omnichannel marketing, commercial strategy, sales, or related functions (CPG experience is a strong asset) At least 5 years of experience in a management role Proven experience in developing growth strategies and translating insights into action Strong understanding of consumer behavior and omnichannel activation across retail and digital touchpoints Why join us: At Yoplait Libert, we offer a human, inclusive, and respectful work environment where collaboration, flexibility, and development are at the heart of our culture.
