Assisted Living Alberta is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Home Living team, delivering skilled nursing services in clients’ homes and communities. You will assess needs, plan care, and coordinate resources with the health care team to ensure protected, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
You will support complex discharges from Acute Care to Home Living, mentor students, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team within Continuing Care at the Edmonton zone.
