Key Responsibilities:
Manage OHS Investigations team operations and activities
Develop and implement departmental business plans
Monitor investigations for quality assurance and improvement
Provide guidance on investigative processes and policies
Implement business improvement projects within the division
Requirements:
University degree in criminology, law, or health science
Minimum five years in a leadership role overseeing investigations
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
