KIT Recruitment is partnering with a well-established food manufacturer in Milton, Ontario to recruit an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their Maintenance team.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a seasoned mechanic with strong experience in rapid-paced food manufacturing . You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment while supporting equipment reliability, production uptime, and continuous improvement.

The position is currently based in Milton, ON and will relocate to a current facility in Woodstock, ON within approximately 18–24 months .

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – Details
Wage: $40.00–$43.00/hour, based on experience
Shift: Day shift, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM - Weekly overtime opportunities available
On-Call: As required for urgent maintenance needs
Location: Milton, ON, relocating to Woodstock, ON in approximately 18–24 months
