Factors Lead to lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of SAP Success

Factors solutions supporting HR transformation and talent management initiatives.

The role will provide functional leadership across the full project lifecycle, including solution design, fit-to-standard workshops, business process optimization, governance, testing, deployment, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of SAP Success

Factors experience , at least 3 end-to-end Success

Factors implementations , and proven experience leading global HR transformation programs.

Strong Utilities industry experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of SAP Success

Factors solutions.

Lead fit-to-standard workshops , requirements gathering, solution design, and business process optimization.

Provide functional leadership and solution governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Partner with HR leadership, business stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams.

Define business requirements and recommend SAP best-practice solutions.

Lead full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

Support testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live activities.

Ensure successful integration of Success

Factors with enterprise HR and payroll applications.

Drive stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and project delivery.





Ensure solutions align with SAP best practices and broader HR transformation objectives.

Factors modules, including: Employee Central Recruiting Onboarding Performance & Goals Compensation Succession & Development Learning Management Workforce Analytics Integration & Technology Experience integrating Success

Factors with: SAP S/4HANA SAP HCM Third-party payroll systems SAP Success

Factors Employee Central Payroll SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) Other enterprise HR applications Required Qualifications 15+ years of SAP Success

Mandatory Industry Experience Utilities Strong Utilities industry experience is mandatory.

Understanding of utility business processes and workforce management.

Experience supporting unionized workforce environments .

Understanding of field operations and utility workforce requirements.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance within utility environments.

Experience with HR processes supporting utility operations.

Understanding of organizational change management in large utility transformations.
