Become an Indigenous Relations Analyst with BC Housing, where you will support Indigenous strategy development and reconciliation efforts. This full time, hybrid position allows you to engage directly with Indigenous communities and organizations.
In this critical role, you will report to the Director of Indigenous Relations and help implement strategies that align with the objectives of the Commission. The position requires collaboration across various branches, and your experience in project management will ensure that initiatives are executed successfully.
You will be a key player in fostering relationships that support Indigenous housing topics and community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify strategies to meet the Commission's objectives
Engage with Indigenous communities on housing issues
Facilitate project management for strategic initiatives
Analyze and evaluate program effectiveness
Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Indigenous Studies or similar
Significant experience in project management
In-depth knowledge of BC Indigenous culture and issues
Demonstrated communication and leadership skills
Expertise in Microsoft Office applications
Contribute to impactful Indigenous relations at BC Housing while utilizing your strategic and analytical expertise.
