Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Location: Brampton, ON Job Type: Full-Time (3040 hours/week) We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our busy Primary Care Clinic in Brampton.
Qualifications Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) Fully certified Nurse Practitioner Independent licence to practice in Ontario Previous primary care experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions Order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Provide preventive care and patient education Complete approximately 1020 phone appointments and 1020 in-person appointments per clinic day Maintain accurate EMR documentation Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care We offer a competitive hourly rate, a supportive team environment, and the prospect to provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population.
