Job Description We are currently seeking one full-time cooks for our Southport location for Sat - Tue.

Shift times are as below Sat, Sun 10.30 AM - 7 PM Mon, Tue- 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM Perks Starting Wage - $23.56 per hour Medical Benefits Uniforms provided Bi-annual employee bonus Job Responsibilities Follow cyclical menus and recipes Prepare food for the dining facilities including preparation of soups, daily menus, entrees, vegetables, sauces, gravies, etc., Ensure primary preparation for the entre items are completed for the following day determined by scheduled numbers Ensure that all food remains eye-appealing and replenished throughout the service Tear down line after service either storing correctly or disposing of product Clean line and grill area Ensure that correct storage conditions for products such as meats, produce, and dairy are maintained Assist lead cook/ kitchen supervisor as required or extra duties as assigned by them.
